We will teach you the proper stretching exercises to prepare to dance. These should be done 10 minutes before your class.

Shoes: Wear shoes that will stay on your feet and slide easily on the wood floor. Sneakers are not appropriate. They stick and make it difficult.

Attire: Casual and comfortable such as slacks and shirt or blouse.

Please respect the dancers prior to your lesson with a silent entrance. Thank you.

We are looking forward to teaching you what we love best, Dancing!!
