Application for Guest Membership
I/We hereby apply for a $1 guest membership in the Lancaster Tennis & Yacht Club through the end of the current quarter. I/We may continue as a social/regular member after that by paying the quarterly dues of $75. Guest members will be notified when payment is due. All members of the Club are required to meet the minimum spending of $75 in the restaurant each quarter. Former members of the Club are not eligible for this guest membership program.
